Are you Interested in project-based recruiting?    The RapidRecruit Network is launching Spring 2018!  We're expanding our team of virtual contracted recruiters.

In this home-based role, you will perform full cycle recruiting activities on an as-needed basis for client partners in alignment with your niche specializations.  

 Responsibilities:

  • Takes full ownership of assigned recruiting projects and client communications
  • Recruit, screen and interview potential talent for client requisitions
  • Creates a recruitment strategy based on business needs
  • Develops an effective pipeline of key talent 
  • Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates
  • Manages scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepares candidates for interviewing with hiring managers
  • Facilitates, leads and documents post-interview debrief / feedback and with hiring team
  • Provide progress status reports at agreed upon frequencies
  • Maintain meticulous communication and activity records in applicant tracking system 
  • Collaborates with hiring team on the extension of job offers, negotiation
  • Other administrative functions relevant to full-cycle recruiting as needed

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions
  • Expertise in all full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback
  • Adaptable and flexible with fluctuating work volumes  
  • Contemporary knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
