The Senior Consultant of HR Communications has system-wide responsibility for a key functional area or business responsibility within the BSWH Office of Organizational Strategy and development of effective approaches to enhance our internal marketing strategies and HR communications across the Baylor Scott & White Health. This role will provide strategic consultation to HR leaders regarding communication strategies and methodology; support external and internal HR communications; design company-wide surveys that support the; consult to HR partners on ongoing transactional communications; and foster key relationships to improve our performance across the system. This will be a strategic consultant role across a large, complex, matrixed health care system. This role will concentrate on driving strategic internal communication approaches and partnering to support and align external marketing and communication strategies. The BSWH Senior Consultant of HR Communications will support HR efforts across BSWH that will allow Baylor to continue to be the best place to give and receive high quality, compassionate care and help to foster our culture towards helping Baylor achieve its Vision 2015 to be routinely listed as one of the ?Top 5? health care systems in the nation. Position Accountability: The position reports to the Director of Organizational Strategy at Baylor Scott & White Health and will work closely with HR COEs, Strategic Partners, Business Services, and Operations, as well as Marketing and program-specific leaders across the system. ? Oversee HR Communications and survey design ? Partner with Marketing team to align communication approaches and strategies ? Provide consultation to HR leaders regarding communication efforts ? Drive alignment and partnership in internal and external HR communications ? Create tools to manage strategic on-going and ad-hoc communication requests, as well as limited on-going transactional communications ? Design communication approach, and templates for SVP and major departmental communications ? Design internal HR communication plans ? Develop communication templates to aid processes based on key messages, audiences, timing, etc. ? Provide consultation and assist in refining messages for key stakeholders and SMEs ? Manage and execute internal communication plans and messages ? Support SVP in ongoing external communications ? Explore and leverage various communication mediums that will help to derive the intended impact ? Design, develop, and conduct focus groups and surveys; share results and derive action plans ? Develop tools that will aid HR in ongoing transactional communications ? Support approach and design of company-wide surveys ? Establish objectives and schedule of company-wide surveys H.S.
