See what we’re looking for below and apply today. The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the Fitbit.com business across APAC. Ensuring optimal performance of DR media & acquisition programs, and working with web team to ensure best in class eCommerce experience. **Reporting to:** Director of Digital Marketing, APAC **Business Unit:** Marketing **Territory:** Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong) **Location:** Singapore (APAC HQ) **Principle Duties & Responsibilities:** **Fitbit.com eCommerce Growth** ● Develop & execute e-commerce strategy for both owned & partner platforms which deliver to sales target ● Work with global eCommerce team to ensure web experience is best-in-class & consistent across the world. ● Manage new product launches online with global team. ● Development and deployment of localized sites across APAC with global team. ● Campaign landing page creation, analysis and optimization. ● Conversion path, SEO and web UX optimization with global eCommerce and Development teams. ● Define Fitbit APAC’s online selling strategy and execution plan. ● Monitor performance of all APAC Fitbit.com sites against acquisition targets, identifying areas for improvement. ● Work closely with Digital Marketing Managers in each sub-region and in country Marketing Managers to coordinate sales activity with marketing campaigns. ● Work with global eCommerce team to evolve the online value proposition. **Marketplace Development** ● Launch/manage APAC marketplaces (think Amazon, Alibaba, JD, Flipkart, Lazada, Shopee, 11Street) in 2018 ● Create the deployment strategy and operational framework for an APAC digital marketing spend on these marketplaces ● Work closely with your colleagues, the Digital Marketing Managers in the sub-regions, to support the delivery of acquisition strategies in market ● Work closely with the individual country sales & marketing teams to understand country revenue forecasts and drive marketplace revenue as per forecast **Direct Response Media Management** ● Work with sub-region Digital Marketing Managers to optimise paid media to e-commerce conversion ● Campaign Optimization with third party agencies; including ad and landing page testing; targeting segmentation and optimization; and bid/ pricing optimization. ● Campaign analysis; including design, execution and analysis of AB tests. **Education** Tertiary qualification in marketing/digital marketing. **Experience** ● 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading online customer acquisitions or revenue growth within an eCommerce environment. ● Experience in creating/maintaining partnerships with APAC marketplaces such as Amazon and Lazada ● Demonstrated expertise in measuring Online Channel performance with available data. ● Excellent understanding Search and Display acquisition marketing. ● Experience driving agency performance. ● Established relationships with key media suppliers. ● Experience with working with global brands. ● Sound understanding of, and experience working in Consumer Electronics and/or Sporting businesses. ● Experience with overall marketing strategy, including budget allocation and opportunity assessment. **Knowledge & Skills** ● Strong commercial acumen and strong focus on measurable activities. ● Excellent communication and relationship building skills. ● Marketing plan development, management and planning skills. ● Excellent data analysis skills. ● Ability to work autonomously. ● Ability to partner effectively, collaborate and influence across an organization. ● Detail-oriented, comfort working in a fast-paced environment. ● Problem solving capabilities to identify solutions. ● Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a fast moving business ● Ability to work across boundaries of different organisations and companies (APAC, countries, global e-commerce team). ● Ambition to succeed. **Travel** Required twice yearly in APAC and as required to San Francisco. **Direct Reports** N/A _Fitbit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
