Job Summary The Recruitment Marketing Lead implements the Waste Management talent acquisition brand strategy. Duties and Responsibilities * Implementing a full scale, enterprise-wide recruitment marketing employment brand strategy, including social media and diversity programs & initiatives. * Responsible for elevating talent acquisition focused presence on digital and social media sites (corporate web page, WM Visor (intranet), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, etc). * Responsible for creating relevant content, copy and media to share in social networks and WM websites in partnership with Corporate Communications. * Provide monthly, quarterly and annual metrics and return on investment (ROI) from recruitment marketing efforts. * Responsible for creating talent acquisition recruitment marketing assets to attract passive hires, like realistic job preview videos, mobile campaigns, etc. * Partner with Corporate Communications, IT, Sales, and Marketing to ensure adherence to Company standards. * Plan and prepare presentations and annual summary reports. Skills and Qualifications * Experience with digital, social media, employment brand campaigns, and recruitment marketing. * Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and social networks, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. * Must be willing to work various hours to accommodate different time zones. * Ability to travel 25% to talent related events. A. Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree (4 years experience may substitute for the degree). * 3 years related experience. B. This includes one-on-one settings as well as small and large group environments. * Follow Up - Monitoring the results of delegations, assignments, or projects, considering the skills, knowledge, and experience of the assigned individual and the characteristics of the assignment or project. * Contributing to Team Success - Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.
