Global Recruitment Marketing Manager Talent Community Marketing Role level - Manager **Job location - North America or Europe** About the role: The Global Recruitment Marketing Manager helps to plan, develop, manage and execute Avanade?s recruitment marketing strategy globally. The role collaborates closely with the recruiting team globally on enhancing Avanade?s brand in the recruitment marketplace, communicating our unique value proposition and helping to attract the right talent to the company. The Manager, Recruitment Marketing will partner with both the local recruiting and field marketing teams as well as with the corporate communications team to tailor and execute brand, social media (including digital investment platforms), internal communications, PR and other activities as part of this overall recruitment marketing strategy. Day-to-day, you will: Strategy development and execution + In partnership with Director of Internal Communications & Recruitment Marketing, develops global recruitment marketing strategy and annual plans + Manages Avanade?s recruitment marketing strategy in collaboration with both the marketing and recruitment organizations + Partners closely with local recruiters and field marketing teams to successfully tailor and execute global programs at the geography level as well as with the corporate communications team + Active in marketing, industry and peer organizations, able to identify and leverage best practices in recruitment marketing Digital marketing activities + Manages delivery of new and enhanced Avanade digital platforms as appropriate on an ongoing basis. + Owns, manages content development, delivery and account relationships for Avanade?s existing recruitment marketing digital platforms including the careers site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook and Twitter. + Establishes and taps into Avanade?s global talent communities through social media Branding/messaging activities + Rolls out, monitors and continuously improves the candidate experience, from first-contact to hire + Maintains recruitment brand standard guidelines, and facilitates roll-out of integrated recruitment strategies + Drives industry best-practices, both externally and internally derived, across recruitment branding campaigns + Manages recruitment brand collateral and asset development (e.g., brochures, templates, videos) making use of vendors where appropriate + Builds recruitment messages for current talent needs, and and works to develop targeted messaging for developing/new talent pools **Qualifications** Likely years? experience + 5+ years of experience working in Marketing & Communications + This role requires strong Recruitment Marketing, Employee Brand experience in a global environment. + Experience in the IT services industry preferable Your skillset likely includes: + Demonstrated success in a complex, matrixed organization + Good executive presence and ability to clearly articulate plans and direction to stakeholders + Experience communicating and integrating the company value proposition as part of an overall talent attraction strategy + Leverages storytelling and employee driven communications to deliver compelling messages to the talent market + Experience with tight timeframes and deadlines Your education likely Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience About Avanade Avanade is the leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions and design-led experiences delivered through the power of people and the Microsoft ecosystem.
