We are searching for an experienced Sales Leader to launch, manage, grow and optimize Outside Sales Channels throughout Flordia. Position can be based in Tampa or Orlando FL. Target compensation up to $115K with attractive benefits and solid growth potential for high performers.
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal and external lead generation
- Previous experience in sales leadership, lead generation or related field
- 3 or more years of proven B2C sales with demonstrated success.
- Experience launching new markets and/or products preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to build rapport with team and cross-functional staff
