See what we’re looking for below and apply today. **International Sales & Operations Planning Manager** The International Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager is responsible for creating alignment between operations, sales & finance for Fitbit International. This includes facilitating data gathering and communications necessary for the S&OP process, driving concise messaging and content for S&OP prep meetings, and collaborating closely with cross-functional groups to get holistic views of our business strategy and recommendations. **Responsibilities** + Work closely with various functions, including Planning, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate in the S&OP process meetings + Develop strategy and process to have the Fitbit International perspective integrated in the global Fitbit S&OP process + Create communication forums to address off-cycle problems, changes to business commits, and close gaps to plan + Communicate supply issues, in-stock schedule, and mitigations plans to international sales team + Partner with Operations, Sales and Finance to hit financial plan/targets **Skills/Experience:** + Ability to clearly present information through the spoken or written word. Read and interpret complex information + Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are required for interacting at all levels within the organization + Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization + Ability to be pro-active and understand multiple aspects of the business + Understanding of advanced supply chain concepts and their financial impact **Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** + BS Degree, supply chain, operations, or finance preferred + At least 5 (five) years of experience in supply chain + Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel **Preferred Requirements:** + Customer Electronics experience a plus _Fitbit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
