This Bay Area based role is responsible for building recruitment marketing capability, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Global Marketing and Talent Insights. You will work to get impactful messaging in front of the right audience, and demonstrate tangible hiring results. In this role, sitting within Talent Acquisition, you will be surrounded by a first-rate team who work hard to bring the best talent to LinkedIn. We are looking for an innovator with vision who sees the big picture, but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to implement recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies.


* Work with global talent acquisition teams to build digital marketing and advertising strategies to generate targeted pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting and optimization
* Support definition of email and event marketing approach from conception to execution
* Create and operationalize prospect nurturing & candidate re-engagement approaches
* Enable Recruiters to develop segment based campaign strategies at global scale
* Collaborate with talent, comms and marketing leadership on messaging and positioning
* Manage and build content resources and assets
* Make recommendations on tools, resources and processes to increase reach, engagement and hiring results

Basic Qualifications:

* 3+ years of recruitment marketing experience
* 7+ years of experience in either marketing or recruitment
* BA/BS Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge and hands-on experience of the latest recruitment marketing technologies
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner
* Highly motivated with a \"can do\" attitude and the ability to effectively operate and make informed decisions quickly; ability to quickly adapt & course correct as needed
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organization skills
* The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while being detail oriented and committed to producing high quality results
