Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, organized individual to be responsible for the development and implementation of a contemporary recruitment process for a growing non-profit organization, The full-time Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Specialist will increase candidate flow and influence and drive the number of hires to this well-known and established agency. The main function of this role is to execute recruitment and employer brand strategy with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional and must love helping people!

Job Duties:

  • Source suitable active candidates and proactively create warm candidate pipelines through brand campaigns and direct outreach via email, social media, phone, and networking events
  • Design and produce digital avenues for recruitment campaigns, specifically recruitment marketing landing pages and email campaigns, by leveraging available technology and in collaboration with external partners. Track and report performance of landing pages and email campaigns to continuously improve and drive successful outcomes.
  • Assist in building and execute employer brand social media strategy through content development, social monitoring and social community engagement.
  • Maintain the careers website analytics, content and design updates for improved performance
  • Assist with coordinating industry, student and recruitment events, such as industry conferences, open houses, career fairs, and recruitment training events and actively participate in face-to-face networking and online forums in order to broaden knowledge and perspective
  • Actively share thought leadership on social media. Influence social media growth through daily channel engagement.
  • Keep up-to-date of next-generation sources of and approaches for generating pipelines
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Leadership Team on strategy and execution of innovative and creative employer branding initiatives

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Business, Advertising or Digital is required.
  • 2 plus years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, content development, placement, tracking and reporting required
  • Experience with Social Media, Scheduling and posting of job descriptions and needs
  • Overview of careers websites, Applicant Tracking System Integration and email campaigns
  • Health Care background preferred but not required
