We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative who is a creative, forward thinker to be an integral part of our Inside Sales Teams. In this role, you will discover, engage, and learn our customer’s business challenges and help identify how our products and solutions can help each customer take their most innovative and creative ideas from concept to reality. No business travel required.

Job Description

As part of a dynamic inside sales team you will be responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting for new clients, developing stronger relationships with existing clients, and working to understand each client’s needs and requirements where our products and services will improve productivity. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Achieving consistent quota attainment and other performance metrics
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product concepts, features and benefits
  • Continuous personal training and development as the market changes moving towards cloud-based offerings and the “internet of things”
  • Collaborating across the business enterprise to secure customer business
  • Using CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales


  • Demonstrated success in a sales position with territory responsibility
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with consultative or B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make 30 outbound calls per day
  • Ability to have business conversations with C Level Executives in the small and medium business (SMB) market
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Sales experience with technical products, technical services or SaaS preferred
  • Experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office and CRMs
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in preferred.
