The Junior Recruitment Marketing Specialist contributes to the local recruitment marketing efforts across all the Client divisions (Client, Client Communications, Client Automotive, and Client Media Group). This role allows you to build your skills in recruitment marketing, network locally and build your own brand with senior business leaders.

Duties and responsibilities
As the Junior Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will serve as a trusted Client Talent Acquisition (CTA) partner by supporting your Senior Marketing Specialist, while providing local market knowledge, research and potential advertising possibilities to support the team s hiring needs. Under the guidance of your Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing leader, you will:
Identify and execute tactics that support Client s employment branding and recruitment marketing strategy across all candidate channels.
Research local advertising opportunities, networking groups and market trends to provide a hyper-local approach to broad recruitment marketing activities.
Attend local events, networking groups or recruiting functions as CTA s recruiting ambassador. You will provide candidates an overview of the company, describe the work environment and partner with other members of our recruitment and events teams to ensure coordinated success.
Conduct competitive research and analysis, and contribute to department s recurring campaign reports delivered to business leaders
Rewrite and improve job descriptions where needed
Create local recruitment-focused content by interviewing local employees and leaders and turning it into shareable content
Leverage vendor research to understand and analyze our advertising performance in the market

Requirements:BR: 33.75-36.45

work schedule: 9am-5pm, with potential for early evening hours for specific event attendance

1 year of experience in employment branding, marketing, media planning (or other related experience) to reach passive and active audiences.
Experience with developing and implementing consistent branding that supports business and/or recruitment initiatives
Ability to speak directly to customers / candidates and deliver a clear and concise message
Understanding of a variety of marketing channels social media, website, display ads, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Bachelor s Degree in related field desired
Knowledgeable in talent acquisition and/or recruiting strategies
Creative thinker with content writing experience
