The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will work to helpattract and engage the potential healthcare labor market for all of BaptistHealth South Florida. Act as the executor of integrated recruitment marketingcampaigns in support of Baptist Health's employee value proposition. Thisperson promotes the Recruitment Marketing team's initiatives under thedirection of the Supervisor of Centralized Talent Sourcing. This person willensure proper and appropriate execution of marketing strategy components suchas content strategy fulfillment, content development, job postings and adplacements. The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will help execute thesourcing plan to support the department recruiting goals and manage theday-to-day activity of the CRM and sourcing channels.

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required.One or more years of experience in either marketing, communication, publicrelations with experience in social media marketing/recruiting required. Deepunderstanding of social platforms such as Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn,YouTube, Instagram, etc. Experience with social media publishing and analyticstools. Experience and proven results in developing target attraction campaigns.Knowledge of social media advertising. Strong conceptual thinking and abilityto generate ideas and be forward thinking. Effective communication skills.
