Job Description

This full-time role supports the driver and office recruitment needs of Paper Transport, Inc. by staying on top of the job advertising tactics that will help us attract the most qualified professionals who fit our culture. The right candidate has strong writing and basic HTML skills as well as has the ability to combine creative and data-driven strategies to overcome market saturation and ongoing industry challenges.

  • Computer Expertise: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and have basic HTML/web design skills.
  • Writing: Must have a good grasp of English grammar and strong copy-writing skills.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Driver Recruiting, and Human Resources teams to identify needs
  • Manage driver and corporate recruitment advertising strategy, including job descriptions and referral campaigns
  • Manage job boards, such as Craigslist, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter
  • Manage social media job advertising and related communications
  • Coordinate job fairs and prepare recruitment materials
  • Source and recruit candidates resumes and job applications
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reporting
  • Utilize ATS and optimize lead funnel
  • Additional projects assigned by Marketing & Communications Manager

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 or more years of experience working within the marketing or recruiting area
  • Proven examples of past marketing material

Preferred Experience: 2 or more years in Transportation

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Education
  • Associates Degree

Preferred Education: Marketing Degree
