The VP/Director, Performance Media has responsibility for the growth, management, retention and satisfaction of a sizable recruitment marketing line of business. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead clients strategically and tactically across all aspects of recruitment media channels including: job boards, search, and display with an ability to integrate with other online and offline marketing activities.
