This is a critical role for the success of Smile Brands that will contribute to the attraction of all talent across the organization in 15 states and 341 offices. You will be responsible for helping implement much of the ground work that will build and sustain awareness of our company culture and spirit. Your work will help advance our employment brand, drive word-of-mouth referrals through internal and external engagement.


What You ll Enjoy Doing:


Career Site

  • Assist with content management of assets for all brands including video, images and copy-writing

Event Prep

  • Sourcing and ordering supplies (giveaways, literature)
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Shipping to events, coordinating with recruiters
  • Organizing and maintaining Event Calendars for University, career and industry events
Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook) Content Management
  • Create weekly social media calendar
  • Maintain content & followers log
  • Actively post varied content and updates for each of the platforms
  • Analytics reporting
Employer Brands & Reputation Management
  • Respond to reviews on the various reputation platforms; Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Update content
  • Post pictures and updates
  • Report on review trends and activity metrics
  • Manage press release process for select new providers and/or topics
  • Employer Award tracking and publicity internally and externally
Talent Referral Program & Talent Campaigns
  • Assist creating and tracking campaigns
  • Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns including display advertising on job boards and social media
  • Reporting and analysis of recruitment marketing email campaigns
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization of the applicant funnel
Job Board/Job Site Management
  • Identify low-cost and high-quality sources for a broad range of positions, including but not limited to dental providers, dental support staff and corporate roles.
  • Assisting with job description and job advertisement copywriting
  • Assist with managing the recruiting intranet site


What You ll Need:

  • Minimum of two years in digital marketing
  • Minimum of two years in the staffing/recruitment industry role
  • Very strong understanding of campaign design, metrics and analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with pivots, formulas and Vlookups
  • Experience with Photoshop or similar design software preferred
  • Prior experience with an ATS
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and engagement strategies
  • Copywriting for web
  • Strong people and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor s degree (marketing, business, human resources, communications) preferred
