Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) is seeking an experienced marketing coordinator to focus on helping us recruit talent to add to our growing institution. As a staff recruiter, you ll also be an employee on our dynamic marketing team. While striving to become the leader in healthcare education, we need to find that perfect complement (you) to add to our collaborative team.

UMA s marketing team is a highly energetic group of creative and results-driven professionals. We are seeking an additional member to help us position UMA as an employer of choice, and to help us recruit new talent to our workforce. You will have the opportunity to work with a knowledgeable and experienced staff leveraging a wide variety of marketing technology and resources, all while having access to a school with a vibrant and diverse community of learners.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Digital marketing for staff recruiting
  • Job board / job site management
  • ATS management
  • Reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the marketing team as needed on other projects

This is a critical role for the success of our school. You will be responsible for helping implement much of the ground work that will build and sustain our institution s workforce contributing to a community of engagement. Your work will help advance the UMA brand, drive word-of-mouth referrals and create memorable experiences for our staff.

The ideal candidate has a deep passion for staff recruiting and digital marketing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the school s applicant tracking system (ATS), iCims
  • Manage the school s recruitment marketing campaigns, including:
    • Display advertisements on job boards
    • Social media (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn)
    • Job boards (CareerBuilder, Indeed, Glassdoor)
    • Niche campaigns
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization of the applicant funnel
  • Identify low-cost and high-quality sources for a broad spectrum of positions, including but not limited two:
    • Call/support center (hourly/entry-level)
    • Supervisory roles
    • Academic (instructors and adjuncts)
    • Professional services (IT, marketing, compliance, finance, etc.)
  • Contribute to open house event coordinator, marketing and planning
  • Email campaign management
  • Job fair assistance and attendance
  • Assisting with job description and job advertisement copywriting
  • Contributing to our staffing blog and content creation
  • Assist with the employee referral program
  • Assist with managing the recruiting intranet site

General / Legal Disclosures

  • Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, CIE, and internal UMA policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate compliance requirements to students and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalate any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.

Education/Experience

  • Minimum of two years in digital marketing
  • Minimum of two years in the staffing industry / role
  • Very strong understanding of campaign metrics and analysis
  • Prior experience with an ATS such as iCims
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and engagement strategies
  • Writing for the web
  • Strong people skills and a team player
  • Bachelor s degree (marketing, business, human resources, communications)
