**Job Description**



BAE Systems Manager of Recruitment Marketing is responsible for actively managing our recruitment marketing efforts to attract high-quality candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment marketing lifecycle: (1) continuously assessing our employee value proposition (EVP); (2) defining our message and understanding our audiences / target populations; (3) communicating our message - developing content, campaigns and coordinating external hiring events; and (4) evaluating the effectiveness of our advertising, recruitment marketing and hiring event activities. You will have the pleasure of supervising a Social Media specialist and Job Fair coordinator. You will also be responsible for managing several advertising and design vendors.



This position is part of the Workforce Analytics, Talent Operations, and HR Compliance Center of Expertise (WAC COE), an enthusiastic and highly productive team, where each employee has the opportunity to grow and make an impact. The WAC COE also provides a 9/80 schedule, an end-of-year week long paid shutdown and a 6% match, with immediate vesting, on 401(k) contributions.



Responsibilities will include:



+ Serve as the company s subject matter expert and advocate on recruitment / employer marketing, advertising and external EVP management.

+ Develop and execute advertising strategy, to include enhanced job descriptions, promoting jobs on boards and Google, programmatic banners, social media, SEM strategy, etc., leveraging input from creative agency and internal Communications team.

+ Develop and implement content calendar; create and deploy content.

+ Manage administration and promotion of hiring events (campus, job fairs, diversity), partnering with Sector recruiting teams who are responsible for the on-the-ground presence at the events.

+ Develop a strong partnership with and communicate regularly with our Sector Talent Acquisition Directors to really understand, and be responsive to, their short term and strategic hiring, advertising and EVP branding needs.

+ Review and evaluate effectiveness and make course corrections, of web properties, job board, social media and other campaigns in driving job consideration and where applicable, candidate conversion.

+ Manage our existing online properties (e.g., Careers Website and dedicated pages on other platforms) maximizing effectiveness and keeping the content fresh, engaging and up-to-date.

+ Identify, improve, and create programs to engage current and alumni employees as sources for EVP advocacy and high quality referrals.

+ Leverage, educate and support recruiters and sourcers.

+ Manage vendor relationships with branding and other talent acquisition vendors to ensure delivery of quality services.



**Typical Education & Experience**



Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience



**Required Skills and Education**



+ Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent degree. Master s preferred.

+ 10 years of experience in building marketing / branding strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital and social media. Recruitment marketing experience preferred.

+ Experience in recruiting or supporting recruiting functions or internal employee communications.

+ A doer, highly productive team member, who owns and actively manages projects to completion.

+ Strong collaborator, advocate and partner who can influence up and down in the organization.

+ Experienced vendor manager.

+ Must be a creative and curious thinker with an analytical mindset who loves what they do.

+ Excellent communicator.

+ For export requirements, successful candidate must be a U.S. Person which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident (also known as a green card holder), a political refugee, or a person granted asylum in the U.S.
