This role will be responsible for supporting the management of data across the business, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, availability, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.  This person will gain an in-depth understanding of both business/customer requirements and the impacts of master data in order to effectively support existing policies, procedures, and standards with the organization.  This position will work collaboratively across departments.   This is a challenging and fast-paced role that will offer broad exposure to the business. This is a temporary to hire opportunity, with a minimum of 3 months commitment with the possibility to extend based on performance. What you’ll do: Defines the SAP Customer/Product/Finance Data structures and is the owner of Master Data Design and Implement the elements, attributes and other characteristics of Customer/Product/Finance Data Responsible for standardizing data naming, establishing consistent data definitions, monitoring/auditing the data quality  Responsible for maintaining Bills of Materials Acts as primary contact for projects or change requests involving master data Identify, analyze and resolve data issues, related to integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness Support process improvement projects and communication efforts throughout Speck Proactively partner with the Samsonite corporate team to drive prioritization and resolution to material master data requests and updates Your Professional Profile: A minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in with data management or related responsibilities. Intermediate Excel skills desired. Knowledge and experience in processing engineering, production, and document changes is a plus. Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus. Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.

Position Summary: Speck Products is looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Design/Web Development student or recent graduate for a paid, 3-6 month spring internship opportunity. The position would support the Marketing department in all areas of keeping an eCommerce website running smoothly: web assets, email marketing, product setup, merchandising, inventory, testing, and strategy. We think you're great, but if you're a full-stack developer or an expert at API's - this may not be the position for you.   Recent Grads and Students that can commit to 40 hours per week are encouraged to apply. Speck’s Graphic Design Intern will work alongside will work with teams across the organization on a range of projects and mediums—from print design, packaging production, presentations, photography, and digital media art. You will get to show off your creative talents and continue to build an awesome content portfolio! Design and production skills are essential. The ideal candidate has strong visualization and prototyping skills, is comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams, and is interested in working on a wide array of projects.
