The role is a blend of Recruitment, Marketing, HR, Communications, and Talent Community management experience.Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings through the utilization of social media, content, email, print, text and all other available channels.Work with the Talent Acquisition team to understand local needs and nuances; act as a subject matter expert in lead generation techniques and tools to generate interest in the company.Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to promote local events including hiring events, career fairs and more.Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing strategies and technologiesProvides ongoing assistance to users of recruitment resources and external marketing efforts.
