We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for direct hire with rapid growth SF based company.   You will perform activities in  This position will cover full life-cycle recruiting for internal Engineering groups.  The Sr Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, and maintaining daily interaction with hiring managers. You must be highly organized with a great sense of urgency and initiative.   Positing based in SF Headquarters with some flexibility to work remotely after 4 months Responsibilities: Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Accurately maintain records within ATS Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting for technical positions Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience working within an ATS (Icims Preferred but not required)
